BAGEHWAR AYURVEDA Neem Karela Jamun Juice is an herbal product, the ingredients used in this juice have shown to have no side effects. However, please read the ingredients list for any known allergies.

What is the shelf life of this juice?
The product has an expiry of 18 months from the date of manufacturing. However, after opening the bottle, you must store it in a refrigerator and consume it within 30-45 days.

What kind of diet should I follow while consuming this juice for best results?
It is recommended to follow a diet rich in fibres, whole grains, millets, fruits and vegetables. Sesame oil and Desi Cow A2 Ghee are also proven to regulate blood sugar levels, whereas items like refined sugar, processed food and oily foods should be avoided.

I have a certain health condition, should I not take this?
